Lead and manage the Two Wheeler Finance-Collection department, overseeing collection activities and strategies. Ensure timely and efficient recovery of loan payments, implementing effective collection processes. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering a positive and collaborative environment. Monitor and analyze collection performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance recovery rates. Provide leadership and guidance to the collection team, ensuring a motivated and high-performing workforce. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and operations, to align collection efforts with business objectives. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in collection management, implementing innovative approaches when necessary. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, maintaining a high standard of ethical collection practices. Minimum 5 years of experience in collection management, with a proven track record of successful recovery strategies.
