Job Title: Accounts Receivable Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable Executive to manage incoming payments, ensure timely collections, and maintain accurate financial records. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, good communication abilities, and experience working with accounting systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and track all accounts receivable transactions

• Generate and issue invoices to clients in a timely manner

• Monitor customer accounts for delayed payments and follow up for collections

• Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for

• Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or billing issues

• Prepare periodic reports on receivables status, aging analysis, and collections

• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, finance) to resolve client queries

• Maintain accurate records of all communications with customers

• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field

• 2–8 years of experience in accounts receivable or similar role

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and receivables processes

• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with SAP (ERP systems)

• Prior experience in handling high-volume transactions

• Knowledge of GST and basic taxation compliance
