Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Payable Executive to manage day-to-day financial transactions, vendor payments, and support accounting operations. This is an entry-level role suitable for freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Process and verify vendor invoices and ensure timely payments
Maintain accurate records of all payable transactions
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
Assist in preparing payment schedules and reports
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies
Support monthly closing activities and audits
Coordinate with internal departments and vendors for payment-related queries
Maintain accounting records in ERP or accounting software

Required Skills:

Basic knowledge of accounting principles
Familiarity with MS Excel (basic formulas, data entry)
Good communication and coordination skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Willingness to learn and grow in the finance domain

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field
