Job Title: Accounts Payable Executive

Job Summary

Nibav Home Lifts is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Executive to manage end-to-end accounts payable (P2P) operations. The role involves handling vendor payments, maintaining accurate financial records, supporting statutory compliance, and ensuring timely financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable (P2P) operations including invoice processing and vendor payments

• Oversee daily financial transactions including accounts payable, receivable, and bank reconciliations

• Prepare accurate financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss reports

• Ensure timely tax computations, filings, and statutory compliance (GST, TDS, etc.)

• Coordinate with vendors for invoice validation and payment closures

• Maintain proper documentation and ensure data security, backups, and confidentiality of financial records

• Support audits and provide necessary financial data when required

• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities

Job Requirements

• Graduate degree (B. Com / M. Com preferred)

• 4–5 years of hands-on experience in Accounts Payable (P2P)

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance

• Proficiency in Tally / ERP systems and MS Excel

• High attention to detail with strong numerical and analytical skills

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
