Job description:

Responsible for end-to-end invoice processing within the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) This includes invoice validation, posting, vendor reconciliation, and ensuring timely payments while adhering to company policies and compliance standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Process PO and Non-PO invoices.

• Validate invoice data: vendor details, PO number, GR/SES, tax codes, pricing, quantities.

• Perform 3-way matching (PO–GR–Invoice).

• Post and park invoices using standard Tools

• Handle vendor queries on invoice/payment status.

• Perform vendor statement reconciliation.

• Monitor vendor open items and support month-end closing activities.

Requires SAP Knowledge:

• Invoice Processing

• Invoice Verification / Troubleshooting

• Vendor Management

• Payment Processing

• Reporting & Reconciliation

• Minimum 1 year of experience in P2P – Accounts payable
