We are seeking a highly organized, responsible, and experienced professional for the position of Accountant cum Office & HR Manager who can efficiently manage accounting operations, office administration, staff coordination, and overall office workflow.
The ideal candidate should be capable of handling the Accounts Team as well as ensuring smooth day-to-day office management.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts & Finance Management
Handle daily accounting operations and records
Manage incoming and outgoing payments
Maintain outstanding payment records and follow-ups
Prepare bills, invoices, purchase, and sales entries
Monitor stock and inventory management
Coordinate with vendors, parties, and clients regarding accounts and payments
Office Administration
Supervise overall office operations and workflow
Ensure proper coordination between departments
Maintain office records and documentation
Support smooth functioning of the Accounts Team
HR & Staff Management
Handle staff coordination and attendance management
Assist in recruitment and hiring processes
Manage employee-related office responsibilities
Maintain discipline and professional work environment
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Accounting & Payment Management
Good communication and client handling skills
Leadership and team management ability
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications
Ability to multitask and manage office operations independently
Problem-solving and organizational skills
Qualification & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounts, or related field
Relevant experience in Accounts and Office Management preferred
