Role Overview Analyst – Accounts Payable (AP) will support end-to-end invoice processing, vendor management, and compliance activities, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and audit readiness across AP operations. Key Responsibilities • Process PO and Non-PO invoices • Perform invoice validation and 3-way matching • Ensure compliance with policies and audit controls • Manage vendor interactions and resolve queries • Monitor AP aging and reporting • Identify process improvement opportunities Eligibility Criteria • Graduate/Postgraduate in Accounting/Finance • Experience in AP/Invoice Processing • Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Concur preferred) • Strong Excel skills • Analytical skills (Power BI/VBA preferred) Key Skills • Attention to detail • Problem-solving • Communication skills Working with Us As a Northern Trust partner, you will be part of a flexible and collaborative work culture, which has a strong history of financial strength and stability.
