This role is responsible for overseeing a company's accounting department, ensuring financial accuracy, and maintaining regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting: Preparing and analyzing accurate financial statements, including balance sheets and cash flow statements.
Operations Oversight: Managing daily activities such as accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), general ledger, and payroll.
Budgeting & Forecasting: Developing annual budgets and monitoring performance against financial goals.
Team Leadership: Supervising, mentoring, and training junior accounting staff.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; a Master’s degree or professional certification
Experience: Typically 3–5+ years in accounting roles with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory capacity.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software like TALLY ERP
