Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Accounts Manager to manage the company's overall accounting and financial operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, financial reporting, project costing, and statutory compliance, preferably in the construction, railway infrastructure, or EPC industry.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage the complete accounting and financial operations of the company.

• Supervise daily accounting activities, including ledger maintenance, journal entries, invoices, receipts, and payments.

• Prepare and review monthly financial statements, Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss Statements, and MIS reports.

• Handle GST, TDS, TCS, Income Tax, and other applicable statutory compliances.

• Manage project accounting, project-wise cost tracking, budgeting, and expense monitoring.

• Monitor client billing, RA bills, subcontractor bills, vendor payments, and outstanding receivables.

• Oversee bank reconciliation, cash flow management, and fund planning.

• Ensure timely processing of vendor payments and verification of invoices and supporting documents.

• Coordinate with project teams, procurement, management, banks, auditors, and tax consultants.

• Manage statutory audits, internal audits, and financial documentation.

• Ensure accurate financial records and compliance with applicable accounting standards and tax regulations.

• Supervise the accounts team and ensure timely completion of accounting and reporting activities.

• Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend improvements in financial controls and accounting processes.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Accounting, Finance, and Taxation.

• Expertise in Tally Prime / Tally ERP and Advanced MS Excel.

• Good understanding of GST, TDS, TCS, and Income Tax compliance.

• Experience in project accounting, costing, budgeting, and financial reporting.

• Knowledge of Balance Sheet preparation and finalization of accounts.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Excellent coordination, communication, and team management abilities.

Desired Candidate Profile

• B.Com / M.Com or an equivalent qualification.

• 5–10 years of relevant experience in Accounts and Finance.

• Experience in the construction, railway infrastructure, or EPC industry will be preferred.

• Candidates should be capable of independently managing the company's accounting and financial operations.

• Strong attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to meet deadlines are essential.
