Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Financial Control

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and team management

• Ensure accurate maintenance of books of accounts

• Review and approve accounting entries, vouchers, and reconciliations

• Implement internal controls and financial policies

Statutory Compliance & Taxation

• Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF-related financial coordination

• Coordinate with CA and statutory auditors

• Handle audits, assessments, and notices

MIS, Reporting & Budgeting

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS & financial statements

• Monitor cash flow, working capital, receivables, and payables

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives

Banking & Treasury

• Manage banking operations, fund planning, and bank reconciliations

• Coordinate with banks for limits, documentation, and facilities

Leadership & Coordination

• Lead and mentor accounts team

• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors

• Support management with financial insights and decision-making

Required Skills & Qualifications

• B.Com / M.Com / CA-Inter / CA preferred

• Min 8–15 years of experience in accounts & finance

• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, GST, TDS, and taxation

• Proficiency in Tally / ERP and advanced MS Excel

• Leadership, analytical, and communication skills

Preferred Experience

• Manufacturing / Project-based accounting exposure

• Handling audits and assessments independently

• Multi-location operations experience
