Manage and oversee the complete accounting and finance operations of the company.
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Handle GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Income Tax and other statutory compliances.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, including vendor and customer payments.
Monitor cash flow, bank transactions, and daily accounting activities.
Prepare and monitor budgets, MIS reports, and financial analysis.
Ensure accurate ledger maintenance, reconciliations, and book closing.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and statutory authorities.
Verify invoices, expenses, purchase bills, and payment documents.
Ensure timely salary/payroll-related accounting and statutory deductions.
Identify financial discrepancies and ensure proper internal controls.
Supervise and guide the accounts team.
Support management in financial planning, cost control, and decision-making.
Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and applicable laws.
