Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, budget vs. actuals analysis, and MIS reports.
Accounting Operations: Oversee accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, cash management, and reconciliation.
Compliance & Audit: Ensure compliance with GAAP, IND-AS, or IFRS, and lead internal/statutory tax audits.
Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in developing budgets, financial plans, and tracking cash flow.
Taxation: Manage compliance with GST, income tax, and professional taxes.
Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and guide the accounting team to meet deadlines.
Internal Controls: Maintain internal controls and SOPs for financial transactions.
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Tally, SAP, Oracle) and advanced MS Excel.
