We are looking for an experienced and responsible Accounts Manager who can independently handle company accounts, statutory compliance, and financial planning. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge along with excellent communication and team management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage day-to-day accounting operations.
• Ensure timely filing and compliance of GST, TDS, and ITR.
• Handle tax planning and financial planning activities.
• Supervise and guide the accounts team efficiently.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports, financial statements, and management reports.
• Manage audits and coordinate with CA.
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and expense control.
• Ensure accuracy in ledger scrutiny, reconciliations, and statutory records.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and Income Tax Return (ITR) planning.
• Excellent command over Advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS preparation, data analysis, etc.).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good leadership skills with team handling capability.
• Pleasant personality with good communication skills and command over English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Tally / Accounting Software.
