# ACCOUNT MANAGER

### About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and responsible **Account Manager** to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial records, compliance, and reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles and hands-on experience with accounting software.

### Key Responsibilities

* Manage day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.

* Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, and vouchers.

* Handle **GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance**.

* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

* Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.

* Perform bank, cash, and ledger reconciliations.

* Prepare invoices, payment records, and expense statements.

* Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with clients/vendors.

* Coordinate with auditors, CA, banks, and other financial institutions.

* Assist with budgeting, cash-flow management, and financial planning.

* Ensure timely filing of GST/TDS returns and other applicable compliances.

* Maintain proper documentation and financial records.

* Support management with financial analysis and accounting-related decisions.

### Required Skills

* Strong knowledge of accounting principles.

* Good knowledge of **GST, TDS, and taxation**.

* Hands-on experience with **Tally Prime / ERP / MS Excel**.

* Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Strong attention to detail.

* Good communication and coordination skills.

* Ability to manage accounts independently.

### Educational Qualification

* **B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)** or equivalent qualification.

* Relevant accounting certification will be an advantage.

### Experience

**2–5 years** of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.

### Preferred Candidate

* Experience in handling complete accounting operations.
