Location: Andheri MIDC, Mumbai

Role: Senior Accounts Executive

Employment Type: Full-Time

Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Key Responsibilities

• Manage GST compliance, reconciliations, and return filings (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.)

• Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including AP, AR, General Ledger, and cash flow

• Finalize accounts up to Trial Balance and prepare financial statements

• Ensure TDS, GST, and statutory compliance

• Perform bank and vendor reconciliations

• Coordinate with auditors for statutory and tax audits

• Prepare MIS reports, financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting

We're Looking For

✔️ 5–7 years of experience in Accounts, GST, and Financial Reporting

✔️ Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting standards

✔️ Hands-on experience with Tally, SAP, or similar accounting software

✔️ Advanced MS Excel skills and excellent analytical ability

✔️ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
