Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Manager to manage the company's accounting operations, financial records, taxation, and reporting. The ideal candidate should have 3–6 years of relevant experience, preferably in the automobile industry, with strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial management, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.

• Maintain accurate financial records, vouchers, invoices, and supporting documents.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.

• Monitor cash flow, bank balances, and working capital.

• Handle bank reconciliations, vendor payments, customer collections, and ledger reconciliations.

• Ensure timely GST, TDS, and other applicable statutory filings and compliance.

• Assist in budgeting, financial planning, cost control, and variance analysis.

• Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and internal departments.

• Monitor outstanding receivables and payables and ensure timely follow-up.

• Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field; M.Com, MBA (Finance), or CA Inter will be an added advantage.

• 3–6 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.

• Experience in the automobile industry, preferably with an automobile dealership, is desirable.

• Good knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation, and statutory compliance.

• Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting software.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication skills and the ability to coordinate with different departments.

• High attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Candidates with experience in automobile dealerships, vehicle sales and service operations, spare parts accounting, inventory management, or dealership financial reporting will be preferred.

• Ability to manage accounts independently and maintain financial accuracy.

• Practical knowledge of inventory accounting, vendor reconciliation, and customer outstanding management.
