We are seeking Client Account Managers for our Visa Filing & Counselling team in Vesu, Surat. Freshers are welcome, Married female candidates are also welcome.

Role & Responsibilities

• Handle client enquiries and provide visa counselling.

• Explain visa processes, documentation and application requirements.

• Follow up with clients and maintain regular communication.

• Coordinate with internal teams for timely application processing.

• Maintain client records and ensure a positive customer experience.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer knowledge.
