Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Manager to oversee the organization's accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, maintain statutory compliance, and support business decision-making through financial analysis. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, financial controls, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end accounting operations, including AP, AR, General Ledger, Bank Reconciliation, and Fixed Assets.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, MIS reports, and cash flow reports.

• Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.

• Coordinate internal and external audits and liaise with banks, auditors, and tax consultants.

• Monitor budgeting, forecasting, financial controls, and cost management.

• Lead and mentor the accounts team while ensuring accuracy and timely completion of financial activities.

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance accounting efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

• B.Com/M.Com/MBA (Finance); CA Inter/CMA preferred.

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts, including team handling.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, taxation, and statutory compliance.

• Proficiency in Tally Prime/ERP systems and advanced MS Excel.

• Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• It is a Full Time అకౌంటెంట్ job for candidates with 3 - 5 years of experience.
