We are looking for an Accounts Manager to join our team at Growbit. The role involves managing day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, taxation, statutory compliance, audits, budgeting, and team supervision. The position offers a competitive salary and opportunities for professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily accounting operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial performance.
Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and other statutory requirements.
Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Prepare financial analysis and variance reports for management.
Maintain proper financial records and ensure audit readiness.
Strengthen internal controls and accounting processes.
Lead, supervise, and support the Accounts & Finance team.
