We are looking for enterprising and dynamic young men and women having relevant experience in Real Estate sector (Fluency in English , Hindi , Marathi is essential)
1. To maintain the Books of Accounts and record the daily entries/transactions
2. To maintain record of the staff/employees and issue salary
3. To maintain filing of the Accounts Department
4. To co-ordinate with Chartered Accountants and Company Secretaries engaged with the organization.
5. To establish cost centers and maintain record of the expenses incurred and issue vouchers for the same. etc
6. To handle all banking related works eg: Internal Transfers, RTGS, NEFT etc
7. TDS, GST filing of returns and making of payments.
8. Handling individually if required AUDIT with CA & CS for GST / TDS/Returns to be filed.
9. Should have knowledge of Companies act 2013, CA INTER / ICWA INTER, Accounting , Costing etc
10. Balance sheet finalization etc Handling individually AUDIT/ with GST -TDS/ Returns file/
11. Knowledge of RERA Compliance.
12. MS OFFICE ( EXCEL) and Advanced Excel, MIS Reports etc
13. ERP
14. Reconciliation of various bank accounts and undertaking suitable action
15. Reconciliation of inter-company sales, stock and services invoices. Dealing with various centers to take suitable action
16. Assisting in making adhoc financial reports based on management requirement
17. Preparation of financial statements
18. Assisting in implementation of changes to accounting policies and procedures
19. Tracking financial performance of companies in desired formats
20. Assisting in MIS reporting, budgeting and projection exercise
