📌 Job Title: Accountant – University / Educational Institution

📍 Location: Knowledge Park, Greater Noida
🗓 Working Days: 6 days a week
⏰ Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
💼 Experience Required: 4–8 years
🎓 Preference: Candidates with experience in universities, colleges, or higher education institutes

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations of the university/institution

• Prepare and maintain books of accounts (Tally/ERP)

• Handle student fee accounting, reconciliations, and outstanding tracking

• Manage accounts payable/receivable and vendor coordination

• Process salaries, reimbursements, and statutory deductions (PF/ESI/TDS)

• Prepare monthly MIS, financial statements, and budget reports

• Ensure compliance with audits, statutory norms, and internal financial processes

• Coordinate with departments (Admin, HR, Admissions) for timely financial data

• Assist in annual budgeting, fund utilization reports, and financial planning

• Maintain proper documentation and support for NAAC/AICTE/University audits

🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and educational institution finance

• Hands-on experience with Tally/ERP systems

• Good understanding of TDS, GST, and statutory compliances

• Excellent Excel skills

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
