Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial packages, including balance sheets and income statements, often tailored for investors or partners.Property Accounting & Operations: Manage tenant accounts (CAM charges, rent rolls), monitor cash flow, and process accounts payable/receivable.Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in the annual budgeting process and perform monthly variance analysis (budget vs. actual).Transaction Management: Record and reconcile transactions related to buying, selling, and managing properties.Compliance & Audit: Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax laws, and partnership agreements; assist with internal/external audits.Job Costing (Development): Track construction draws, change orders, and project expenses for new developments.
