Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Financial Management

• Manage daily accounting operations.

• Prepare and review financial statements, P&L, balance sheet, MIS reports.

• Handle month-end and year-end closing activities.

GST & Tax Compliance

• Responsible for GST filing, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and annual returns.

• Reconcile GST data with books of accounts.

• Manage GST audits, departmental queries, and notices.

• Ensure compliance with all statutory tax requirements (GST, TDS, PF, ESI, etc.).

Audit Coordination

• Coordinate with internal and external auditors.

• Prepare documentation and schedules required for statutory audits.

• Ensure timely completion of audits and resolve discrepancies.

Accounts Payable & Receivable

• Oversee vendor invoice verification, payments, and reconciliation.

• Manage customer receivables and ensure timely collection.

Budgeting & Financial Analysis

• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

• Analyze financial data to support management decisions.

Team Leadership

• Supervise junior accountants (if applicable).

• Ensure accuracy and efficiency within the accounts team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance (CA/Inter CA preferred).

• Strong experience in GST filing, audits, and statutory compliance.

• Proficiency in Tally / SAP / ERP tools.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles.

• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
