Accounts Manager

We are looking for an Accounting Manager to join our team at . The role involves managing financial transactions of the organization, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The position offers ₹30,000 - ₹37,000 and opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• ·         Creditors payout reconciliation

  ·         Debtors follow-up reconciliation

  ·         Preparation of statuary compliances- GST, TDS

  ·         Bank reconciliation

  ·         Review agreements to abide by complainces

  ·         Monthly pre-paid expenses tracker updating

  ·         Maintaining doctor’s payout / salary

  ·         GST registration, Return filing and reconciliation

  ·         TDS monthly payment and Return filing

  ·         Preparation of Balance Sheet, Profit/Loss Account & daily Financial updates

  ·         Ledger scrutiny data reconciliation and voucher preparation

  ·         Maintaining Cashbook, payments, receipts, debit/credit notes

  ·         Maintain payroll data, deductions and salary computation

  ·         Preparation of monthly expenses and cashbook reports

  ·         Record Financial transaction and coordinate for the verification with seniors/higher authorities

Job Requirements:

A perfect candidate for this role should have a keen eye for numerical accuracy. The minimum qualification for this role is Post Graduate and candidate must be a Graduate(B.COM). Applicants must have knowledge about accounting, Tally and GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
