Accounts Pay able and vendor balances reconciliations, verify, pay and post payments Daily Bank reconciliations Landed Cost calculations of imports Ad-hoc reporting and analysis Manage Monthly budgets and variance analysis. Respond promptly to stake holder queries. Assisting preparation of all financial plans and budgets and MIS End to end ownership of the accounting process. Manage statutory payments and compliance(e.g.,GST, TDS,EPF,ESI,PT). Manage and process Vendor pay-outs Monthly reconciliation of Customer and Vendor balances Payroll data compilation, preparation of payroll, disbursal and compliances and reconciliations. Monthly/Quarterly Stock counts and reconciliations Monthly closing of books Support year-end financial close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation Assist in preparation of annual and its and respond to audit queries. Verify the accuracy of calculations and validate supporting documents. Maintain an organized filingsystemforbothhardcopiesanddigital records. Keepaccuraterecordsof legal,statutory,andtax-relateddocuments. LiaisewithbankstoensuresmoothoperationsandhandlingdailyBankingOperations Reviewcontracts Collaboratewith internal teams toanalyze financial dataandoptimizeaccounting processes. Requirements: ShouldbeabletoutilizeExcel fordataanalysis, reporting,andfinancialmodelling. Shouldbeable toapply independent judgement inpreparationofmonthly financial statements Verydetailedoriented,organizedandefficient Excellentcommunicationskills
Experience: Minimum 5 years’ to Max 10 years’ experience in performing the above listed key responsibilitiesinanyreputedorganization. EducationalQualification: CAIntermediate(PEII)passwithB.Com/M.com CandidateswhohavenotpassedCAInter(PE-II)neednotapply CTC:Dependsuponthecompetenceofthecandidate15%to25%hike,asperthemarket standards.
