Lead and manage the entire accounts & finance function of the organization.

Ensure timely preparation of financial statements, MIS reports, and balance sheets.Should have very good knowledge and hands-on experience in GST compliance, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and GSTR-2B filings, reconciliation, and timely returns submission.

Ensure compliance with statutory requirements like GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF/ESIC, ROC filings, etc.

Coordinate with auditors for internal, statutory, and tax audits.

Liaise with banks and financial institutions for working capital management, loans, and banking operations.

6

Implement internal control systems and procedures to maintain accuracy and integrity in accounting.

Requirements

1. Should have a good Communication with charted accountant

2. Responsibility and Task driven 

3. Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation laws (GST, Income Tax), and Companies Act

4. Excellent command over Tally, ERP software, MS Excel

Qualification

Qualification in Accounting degrees/Experience in handling audits, tax filings, and company law compliance
