Job Summary:
The Account & Finance Manager will oversee financial operations, ensure accurate reporting, and support strategic financial planning. This role is crucial for maintaining financial integrity and providing insights that drive decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Management:
Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
Manage cash flow, ensuring adequate funds for operations.
Accounting Oversight:
Supervise the accounting team in daily operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Reporting:
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for stakeholders.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Strategic Planning:
Collaborate with senior management to develop financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis.
Audit and Compliance:
Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets.
Team Leadership:
Mentor and develop accounting staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Manage team performance through regular feedback and evaluations.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Salary Package : 4,20LPA to 4,80LPA
