Job Description:

Rajguru Electronics (I) Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and responsible Senior Accountant to join our team at our Mumbai office.

Roles & Responsibilities:

GSTR 1 Filing
GSTR 2B Reconciliation and GSTR 3B Filing
Salary Sheet Working and Payment Processing
Salary Sheet Email Coordination with Maru Consultancy
Paysheet Checking
PF & ESIC Payment Processing
BOE Checking from GST Portal (Monthly verification of BOE reflected or not)
TDS Working and Payment
TDS on Commission Working
Creditors List Checking and Payment Coordination
Monthly Debtors Outstanding Checking and Sending Outstanding Emails to Customers
Customer Refunds and Other Payment Processing as required
Quarterly TDS Return Filing
Monthly Petty Cash Entry
Yearly PT Working
Yearly GST Audit Working

Requirements:

Experience in accounting and taxation work
Good knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, and payroll processing
Knowledge of Excel and accounting software
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to handle multiple accounting activities independently
