Manage and supervise the complete Finance & Accounts operations of the company.
Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure timely accounting of all transactions.
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, cash flow, and general ledger.
Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, MIS reports, and financial analysis.
Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and other applicable statutory requirements.
Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, consultants, banks, and government authorities.
Review and verify invoices, expenses, payments, purchase entries, sales entries, and other financial transactions.
Establish and maintain strong financial controls and accounting processes.
Monitor receivables, payables, outstanding payments, and vendor/customer accounts.
Handle monthly payroll accounting and salary-related financial entries in coordination with HR.
Ensure timely preparation and submission of GST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory filings.
Support management with financial insights, cost analysis, profitability reports, and decision-making.
Identify financial risks and recommend corrective actions.
Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of financial records.
Lead and mentor the Accounts & Finance team.
Perform any other finance and accounting responsibilities assigned by senior management.
