Job Description:

 Site survey for the execution of contract. If required.

 Site measurements start from initial to completion of project till the handover.

 Preparation of bills and timely submission to the clients along with the progress of work.

 Checking the BOQ qty Vs Actual Qty at site and application qty as per approved drawings to get correct certification from the client.

 Smooth coordination with the site team to get all the data timely and execution service on time to avoid the delay for completion of work.

 Responsible for completion and handing over the site with the complete list with final billing.

 Coordination with Client for billing and payments.

 Prepare bill of quantities.

 Prepare project timelines.

 Client Communication and correspondence.

 Responsible to do surveys including site measurements.

 The candidate will be responsible for highlighting foreseen problems & delays in advance escalating to the project manager.
