The Export Documentation Executive will be responsible for preparing, managing, and coordinating all export-related documents for Chappan Bhog Makhana shipments. The role ensures compliance with international trade regulations, timely documentation, and smooth coordination with logistics partners, customs authorities, and clients.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and verify export documents such as:
Commercial Invoice
Packing List
Certificate of Origin
Bill of Lading / Airway Bill
Phytosanitary & FSSAI certificates (if required)
Insurance and other statutory documents
Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, and shipping lines for shipment booking and clearance.
Ensure compliance with export regulations, DGFT guidelines, and destination country requirements.
Track shipments and provide updates to overseas buyers and internal teams.
Maintain export records, MIS reports, and shipment files.
Handle pre-shipment and post-shipment documentation, including:
Bank submission documents
LC documentation
Communicate with international clients regarding documentation corrections and approvals.
Coordinate with production and the warehouse for dispatch planning.
Skills & qualifications:-
Graduate in commerce/international business/logistics or related field.
1–3 years of experience in export documentation (FMCG/Food industry preferred).
Knowledge of INCOTERMS, LC procedures, and customs formalities.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
