This role involves managing GST-related accounting tasks, assisting in purchase operations, and overseeing inventory records through Vyapar software. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in GST compliance, purchase tracking, and inventory systems. Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & GST:

• Maintain accurate records of GST-related purchase invoices.

• Reconcile GST input credits with purchase data.

• Coordinate with tax consultants for GST return filings and ensure timely compliance.

• Support daily accounting tasks related to purchases and inventory flow.

Purchasing:

• Assist in managing purchase orders, vendor coordination, and documentation.

• Ensure timely recording and tracking of all purchase transactions.

Inventory Management:

• Manage inventory records using Vyapar software.

• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely updates of stock movements.

• Generate inventory and stock reports for internal use.

• Identify and resolve any stock mismatches or discrepancies.
