Position: Accounts Executive
Location: Panvel
Job Role:
• Having Basic Knowledge of Ms-Excel.
• Checking, updating and maintaining record of inward material on daily basis for all on – going site.
• Verify the challan as per received material for all on-going site.
• Proper checking and remarking of purchase invoices with challan copies. Also the make a purpose sheet with challan and other supported document for all on-going site.
• Submitting the all Purchase invoices and site report to head office twice in week.
• Make labour attendance card on monthly basis and submit till 2nd date of every month.
• Maintaining all other records (Eg. Petty Cash) in excel sheet as per site works and share with senior accountant on weekly basis.
• Visit all on - going site project.
