Key Responsibilities: Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate financial records and ensure all transactions are properly recorded. Prepare and review general ledger accounts and reconcile balances. Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Analyze financial reports and provide insights to management. Tax Compliance: Ensure timely filing of tax returns (VAT, corporate tax, payroll tax, etc.).Assist in tax audits and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations. Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in budget preparation and financial planning. Monitor expenditures and compare them with budget allocations. Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process invoices, payments, and receipts. Manage aging reports and follow up on outstanding payments. Payroll Processing:Assist in processing employee salaries, deductions, and benefits.Ensure compliance with payroll regulations.Audit & Compliance:Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.Financial Analysis & Advisory:Identify financial risks and recommend cost-saving strategies.Provide advice on improving financial efficiency and cash flow management.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.CPA, ACCA, or CMA certification (preferred but not mandatory).Proven experience in accounting or finance (e.g., 2-5 years in a similar role).Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Tally, or similar).Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
