Goods Return Assistant Duties
Main Responsibilities
- Process return requests, inspect goods, and handle customer communications
- Update inventory records and process refunds or exchanges
- Coordinate with logistics for return shipping and pickup
- Assist with filing tax returns (GST, TDS, etc.) and ensure compliance
Key Tasks
1. Return Processing & Compliance
- Inspect returns, update inventory, and process refunds/exchanges
- Assist in filing GST returns and other tax compliances
2. Customer Service & Logistics
- Respond to customers and coordinate return logistics
3. Reporting
- Track returns and provide insights to improve processes
Skills Needed
- Attention to detail, good communication, and basic knowledge of inventory, logistics, and tax compliance (GST, TDS).
