Job Title: Accountant

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Experience: 2–3 Years
Location: [Ecotech -3, Kasna site -5]
Gender: Any

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments

• Prepare and maintain books of accounts

• Handle GST returns, TDS, and other statutory compliances

• Manage bank reconciliation statements (BRS)

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

• Assist in finalization of accounts and audits

• Maintain records of invoices, vouchers, and bills

• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for financial matters

• Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and accounting standards

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com preferred)

• 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience

• Knowledge of accounting software (Tally, Busy, or similar)

• Good understanding of GST, TDS, and basic taxation

• Proficiency in MS Excel

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Good communication and organizational skills

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience in handling end-to-end accounting

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

• Honest, responsible, and well-organized
