Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, GST compliance, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Tally ERP and advanced proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• 📊 Accounting & Bookkeeping

  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions in Tally ERP.

  • Handle accounts payable/receivable and reconcile bank statements.

• 🧾 GST & Compliance

  • Prepare and file monthly/quarterly GST returns.

  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and maintain proper documentation.

  • Assist in audits and respond to queries from tax authorities.

• 📈 Financial Reporting

  • Generate MIS reports, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements.

  • Support management with financial analysis and forecasting.

• 📑 Excel & Data Management

  • Use Excel for data validation, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and financial modeling.

  • Prepare dashboards and reports for management review.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.

• 4-8 years of experience in accounting roles.

• Strong knowledge of GST laws and filing procedures.

• Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Excel (advanced functions).

• Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to meet deadlines.

• It is a Full Time అకౌంటెంట్ job for candidates with 5 - 6+ years Experience.
