Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Accountant who will handle company accounts, financial documentation, and reporting. The candidate must have strong knowledge of accounting practices and experience with real estate accounting concepts

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.

• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.

• Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of all financial data.

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities.

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and relevant laws.

• Prepare and file tax returns, GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.

• Collaborate with auditors during internal and external audits.

• Maintain accurate documentation for financial transactions.

• Assist in process improvement and automation of accounting tasks.
