Accounting, GST & ROC Compliance Executive

Work Skills Required

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and day-to-day bookkeeping

Experience in GST compliance including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and GST reconciliation

Hands-on experience in filing Annual GST Returns GSTR-9 and GSTR-9C

Practical knowledge of ROC and MCA compliances under the Companies Act, 2013

Experience in ROC filings such as AOC-4, MGT-7, MGT-14, DIR-3 KYC, and INC forms

Knowledge of LLP compliances and LLP form filings

Maintenance of statutory registers, resolutions, and compliance records

Familiarity with MCA portal operations, DSC management, DIN services, and resubmissions

Ability to manage compliance calendars and statutory due dates

Exposure to handling notices and supporting audits is an added advantage

Technical Skills

Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software

Working knowledge of GST Portal and MCA Portal

Professional Skills

close attention to detail and compliance accuracy

Ability to work independently and meet statutory deadlines

Good communication and coordination skills
