We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts & Payroll Executive to manage daily accounting tasks and handle end-to-end payroll processing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Indian accounting standards, statutory compliance, and TDS/GST.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate accounting records and prepare journal entries

• Handle Accounts Payable and Receivable functions

• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and financial reports

• Manage employee payroll, salary processing, and statutory deductions (PF, ESI, PT, TDS)

• File TDS, PF, ESI, and GST returns on time

• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities

• Coordinate with auditors and ensure compliance with Indian regulations

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting or related field

• 2+ years of experience in accounts and payroll

• Working knowledge of Tally / Zoho Books / QuickBooks / Excel

• Good understanding of Indian statutory compliance (TDS, PF, ESI, GST)

• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in using payroll software

• Knowledge of income tax computation and returns

• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot, formulas)
