Designation: Accounts Executive

Experience: 3+ Years

Location: Gurgaon, Sec 44

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes including invoice booking, vendor payments, and customer collections.

2. Perform ledger reconciliation for AP, AR, and general accounts to ensure accuracy.

3. Maintain and update general ledger entries, assist in month-end closing, and support financial reporting.

4. Manage TDS & GST workings, returns, and compliance under supervision.

5. Ensure timely payments, follow-ups, and proper documentation for audits.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s in Commerce/Finance (MBA Finance preferred).

2. 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance.

3. Proficient in MS Excel and Tally/ERP software.

4. Knowledge of Accounts Payable, Receivable, Ledger Reconciliation, TDS & GST.

5. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and time-management skills.
