We are looking for an Accounts Executive to handle daily accounting tasks, maintain financial records, and support overall accounts operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record daily transactions – Sales, Purchase, Payments, Receipts, etc.

• Maintain and update bank entries and account ledgers.

• Generate invoices, challans, and financial reports.

• Prepare and maintain vouchers, bills, and supporting documents.

• Assist in finalization of accounts and audits.

• Manage intercompany billing and stock records.

• Ensure accuracy in data entry and reconciliations.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting terms.

• Proficient in Advance MS Excel , Word, and accounting software.

• Good understanding of Golden rules of accounting , Journal Accounting, and bookkeeping.

• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.

• Graduate in Commerce or related field; experience preferred.

• Able to handle work pressure.

• Comfortable in Flexible working timings.
