Job వివరణ

Key Responsibilities

Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions.
Prepare sales invoices, purchase entries, and payment vouchers.
Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
Reconcile bank statements and ledgers.
Process vendor payments and follow up on outstanding receivables.
Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
Maintain petty cash and expense records.
Generate financial reports and MIS as required.
Coordinate with auditors and support month-end and year-end closing.
Ensure accurate documentation and record maintenance.

Requirements

B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent qualification.
1–2 years of experience in accounting.
Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel, and basic accounting principles.
Knowledge of GST, TDS, and bank reconciliation.
Good analytical and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
