Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Deputy Manager to oversee accounting operations, ensure compliance with statutory requirements, and support financial planning and reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accuracy of books

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

• Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax filings and ensure statutory compliance

• Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits

• Monitor accounts payable/receivable and cash flow

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and MIS reporting

• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards

• Guide and supervise junior accounts staff

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting

• 2–6 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance

• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance

• Proficiency in Tally, ERP systems, and MS Excel

• Good analytical, communication, and leadership skills

Preferred Industry Experience

• Manufacturing / Services / Education / Corporate Accounting (as applicable)
