Accountant cum Front Office Associate

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and enthusiastic Accountant cum Front Office Associate to join our team at a tourist bungalow in Sarnath, Varanasi. The ideal candidate should be a graduate with basic accounting knowledge, good computer skills, and a customer-friendly personality.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounts and basic financial records

• Handle cash transactions and maintain cash records

• Prepare bills, invoices, receipts, and basic reports

• Assist with daily accounting and administrative activities

• Manage front office operations, including guest check-in and check-out

• Attend guest queries and provide excellent customer service

• Handle phone calls, emails, and general correspondence

• Maintain guest records and other necessary documentation

• Perform basic computer operations and data entry

• Coordinate with other departments for smooth daily operations

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline

• Basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping

• Good computer knowledge, including MS Office

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Customer-friendly attitude and professional appearance

• Ability to manage both accounting and front office responsibilities
