Key Responsibilities

· Assist in day-to-day accounting entries under supervision (Sales, Purchase, Expense entries).

· Support in Tally data entry, voucher posting, and basic ledger updates.

· Prepare and maintain Excel sheets for accounting records, tracking, and reporting.

· Help in Bank reconciliation, vendor/customer data preparation, and documentation.

· Assist in invoice handling, filing, scanning, and maintaining proper records.

· Support the accounts team in GST/TDS workings and monthly closing activities.

· Coordinate with internal departments for collecting bills, documents, and information.

Skills Required

· Basic accounting knowledge (debits & credits, ledgers, vouchers).

· Working knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and MS Word.

· Good communication and willingness to learn new accounting processes.

· Attention to detail, discipline, and ability to work in a structured environment.

· Positive attitude and commitment towards learning & growth.
