Job వివరణ

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Executive to manage financial transactions, maintain accurate accounting records, prepare reports, and support daily accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial software.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain day-to-day accounting records and bookkeeping
Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and payment vouchers
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts
Assist in GST/TDS/tax filing and compliance activities
Prepare monthly financial reports and MIS reports
Monitor expenses and budgets
Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and clients
Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions
Support payroll processing when required

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
1–3 years of accounting experience (can be adjusted)
Knowledge of accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems
Good understanding of GST, TDS, and basic taxation
Strong MS Excel skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and organizational skills
