Job Title: Account Executive
Job Summary:
Responsible for processing sales orders, generating invoices, and managing billing activities to ensure accurate and timely revenue operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and verify sales orders.
Generate and issue invoices accurately.
Reconcile billing with sales and delivery records.
Handle billing queries, credit/debit notes.
Track receivables and follow up on outstanding payments.
Support month-end closing and reporting.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
1-2 years experience in sales order and billing.
Knowledge of ERP systems and MS Excel.
Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
