Position: Accounts Executive (Accountant)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be a recent B.Com graduate with a foundational understanding of accounting principles, proficient in Tally, and capable of handling journal entries, bank statements, and cash transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and reports.

• Reconcile bank statements and manage cash transactions.

• Support in preparing Excel reports and financial summaries.

• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.

• Help in maintaining proper documentation and filing of financial records.

• Respond to inquiries related to accounts and provide support during audits.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

• Familiarity with Excel, including functions and reporting.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent communication skills.
