Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations for our Audio Visual and Video Conferencing solutions business. The role involves handling GST compliance, invoicing, vendor payments, project costing, and financial reporting related to AV equipment, services, and system integration projects.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Finance

• Maintain books of accounts including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments

• Record project-based accounting for AV & VC installations

• Manage accounts payable and receivable

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

• Bank reconciliation and cash flow management

GST & Statutory Compliance

• Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B reconciliation)

• Handle TDS calculations and filings

• Ensure compliance with Indian accounting standards and statutory laws

• Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants

Invoicing & Revenue Tracking

• Generate tax invoices for hardware, software licenses, AMC, and services

• Track milestone-based billing for AV projects

• Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up for collections

Vendor & Inventory Accounting

• Process vendor bills for AV equipment, IT hardware, and logistics

• Reconcile vendor statements

• Track inventory accounting for audio-visual products and spares

• Maintain fixed asset register for demo and installed equipment

Reporting & MIS

• Prepare MIS reports for management

• Analyze project profitability and cost variances

• Support budgeting and forecasting activities

• It is a Full Time అకౌంటెంట్ job for candidates with 1 - 5 years of experience.
